Customer Support and Operations Assistant

Remote, Half-Time (Availability Throughout Business Hours)


We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Support and Operations Assistant to join our team on a half-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who can be available throughout business hours to assist with customer support, product quality assurance (QA), and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will possess basic computer skills, a quick learning ability, and a strong desire to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support:

    • Provide timely and efficient support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
    • Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
  2. Product QA:

    • Conduct product testing to identify bugs and ensure the quality of new features.
    • Report and track issues using our QA tools and systems.
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  3. Back-Office Operations:

    • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the company.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
    • Perform data entry and manage databases as required.


  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, chat, and office software.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and utilize new software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Availability throughout business hours to respond to customer inquiries and perform job responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, product QA, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with QA tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of real estate or financial services industries.
